Car accident

I was pretty shook up by the accident that I have this morning, thank God Chloe wasn't with me when it happened. It was raining pretty hard, and I was turning left on the yellow light when a car came out of no where and hit me pretty hard on the passenger side. Of course, by the law of ICBC (BC insurance policy) left turn car is always at fault, no matter what the person did when they drive straight, they have the right to go straight on an amber light. It really sucks because I have the same kind of accident just 3 years ago, same thing happened. Because the car going straight floored it to go through the light. I get a bit scared turning left now and then, and being extra careful all the time doesn't even make any difference. I have people honked me because I don't turn, I make sure it's ok before I turn but you just never know when people are in the rush, people driving straight is rushing to run through the light, people behind me is rushing me to turn, how do you justify turning is always at fault? Needless to say that my insurance is going up again, money isn't an issue. I would hate if something happened to me and I can't see my baby again.
