Fever

Well, it's not fun when you are sick, and when the kid is sick is the worst feeling. I had a fever on this past Wednesday, took a day off on Valentine's day, so Conrad took a day off to take care of me and the baby. The doctor told me to stay home for a couple of days, but I really can't afford to miss time at work, so I went back on Friday. In the morning, I felt Chloe's tempature is higher than normal, later on my mom called me at work, she had to give Chloe some medicine because she is also having a fever, it went on and off. Once I got off the work, I went to pick her up, and took her home. We had a rough night on Friday, we never seen her like this, cry every a couple hours when she woke up, her face is piping hot, really high temperature. She doesn't want to sleep in bed, I was holding her for a bit, trying to cool her down with cold towl, she hated it, and cried some more. It the first time as a parent when I felt it's hard when you see your kid suffer, my heart just sunk. At the same time I barely got over my flu, I was exhausted, stressed, and worried. We went to a clinic the next morning, she was on Tylenol and Advil right afterwards till this morning around 5am, which is her last fever. It's a relieve when she is better, but she is still not totally herself yet. We are just happy that she is eating and sleeping again.
