Easter Weekend

My family are taking a road trip to Oregon, Conrad and I decided not to go down this time. We spent some quality family time at home with Chloe. Today we went to Richmond's Aberdeen Centre where they had Easter Egg Hunt events, so she did a couple of the activities and got a couple gifts. It's too bad that we didn't bring the camera with us, there are so many stuff going on, and she missed a Kodak moment with the big bunny. She is a runner now, every time we go to the mall, she wants to run everywhere, and I understand why sometimes parents can't hold their kids and let them run or walk around, because it's simply impossible to keep her in your arms. She runs like crazy, you got to follow right after her. She also won't want to sit in the stroller sometimes, because she know it's more fun to get down there. We can't wait till she falls asleep so that we can actually shop.

Lately we have been to the Children's Hospital to see Orthopedics and Medical Genetics about Chloe's condition, well, they concluded her symptom is sporadic, not inherited. The Orthopedic is kind of a bad news, because she has so called trigger thumb, so a surgery would be required, we want to get it done before three years old, so she doesn't have to re-learn her motor skills. But there is still a 6% of chances of having a tumor before she is eight years old. We will need to keep doing ultrasound every 3 months and the option of blood test was brought up, they said blood test would detect first before ultrasound could, we are not sure if we could go through that every 3 months on top of the ultrasound. We still yet to go back to our pediatrician, and our family doctor, and yet an ultrasound coming up. Just hope everything runs smooth as it can be.
